This is the only way we can guarantee accommodation. Dietary requests made on the day of the event cannot be honored. If you plan to attend with friends or as part of a group, we strongly recommend purchasing all tickets on the same day. This is the best way to guarantee you are seated together. We do offer a 24-hour courtesy hold on a table; however, holds must be placed by calling our staff at 352-746-7633 during box office hours. After 24 hours, any unpaid reservations will be released back to the general membership.
All registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. Once your tickets are purchased, your table selection is confirmed and guaranteed. We are unable to accommodate requests to change tables or move locations after registration is complete.
Please note that while you are assigned a specific seat number on your ticket, that number is for tracking purposes only. Seating within your reserved table is open and available on a first come, first-served basis upon arrival.
