Discover the sweet art of homemade jam-making in this fun and hands-on workshop led by our familiar friendly instructor Debbie Machtel of AR Workshop Ocala, and our special guest instructor from Jayda’s Jam! 

• During this two-hour class, you’ll learn the basics of small-batch canning while creating your own delicious jam from scratch using professional techniques and equipment provided for you. 
• Each participant will make 4–5 eight-ounce jars of jam to take home, along with a beginner canning kit and recipe book to continue the experience in your own kitchen. 
• Choose from strawberry, blueberry, or peach jam, with regular, organic, and sugar-free options available. 
• Due to the use of butane burners and hot water baths, space is limited to just 10 participants per class, creating a relaxed, small-group experience with plenty of personal instruction. 
• Please note that jam selections must be made in advance, and finished jars will need to sit for 24 hours to properly gel before pickup the following day.
